Whitelight is an independent merchandise agency run by husband-and-wife team Jon and Nikki Britton.
And between us, we’ve seen this industry from pretty much every angle.
So we’re not like all those other businesses that all claim to be the ‘UK's leading supplier of promotional merchandise’. And there are a lot of them.
We’re not a numbers game, a bulk ordering service just stamping logos on products.
We work in tandem with you. We want to understand your strategy, share your goals and work alongside your people as an extension of the marketing team.
That means fewer hours spent hunting for products, chasing suppliers and wondering where everything has got to and more time doing the job you’re actually there to do.
We’re the agency that understands brands and marketing. The distributor who knows products, sourcing and procurement. The integrator bringing all the moving parts together.
We’ve also been the client sitting on the other side of the table, with budgets to hit, stakeholders to satisfy and a campaign to deliver.
Over the years we’ve worked for and with some of the largest household names in the world, including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Mars, Diageo, Mastercard, JLR and MSD.
Businesses like these take merchandise seriously, and they expect sophisticated sourcing. They require trusted supply chains, quality control, and rigorous processes. And at the end of it, they demand products that represent their brands properly.
We bring that experience to every client we work with, but without the layers, politics and general faff that can come with a huge organisation.
Being independent gives us the freedom to do what we think is right for our clients.
We don’t need to push the products somebody else wants us to sell. We’re not chasing online volume. And there aren’t shareholders demanding that this quarter looks better than the last one.
That means we can be personal, and flexible. Occasionally we might be stubborn when we think there’s a better answer.
Most importantly, we build relationships for the long term, because we care where things come from.
We like grand ideas, difficult briefs and clients who want their merchandise to do su much more.
